As Marketing Manager, I oversee digital strategy, content creation, and brand messaging for a historic full-service hotel. I manage social media, email campaigns, and on-property storytelling that support revenue goals and highlight our guest experience. I collaborate with sales, events, F&B, and operations to promote new offerings, plan in-house activations, and ensure all marketing reflects our brand voice. My focus is blending creativity with data to strengthen engagement, drive demand, and keep our hotel top of mind in the Baton Rouge market.

I oversee the full content pipeline for Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center, from the lens to the feed. Working alongside photographer Jordan Hefler, I develop shoot concepts, source models, and research visual trends to ensure every image feels current and on-brand. That photography becomes the backbone of our Facebook and Instagram presence, as well as advertising and in-house graphics. Woven into that creative ecosystem is influencer management, where I identify, coordinate, and host influencers whose audiences align with the hotel's positioning, extending our reach organically through authentic storytelling.

I handle all external communications for the hotel, writing and distributing press releases that keep the property visible in local and industry media. On the events side, I manage from concept through execution, working with vendors and internal teams to make sure every event is supported with the right marketing touchpoints. Each event is listed across Eventbrite, Facebook Events, and local platforms like Visit Baton Rouge, ensuring broader reach and visibility. Since stepping into this role, I've helped market events drawing over 5,000 total attendees. Together, these functions keep the hotel connected to its community and positioned as a destination worth paying attention to.
